Who watches Watchmen? We watch Watchmen!

Now that's just a quote from my favourite online comic (who can't possibly have gotten it from the movie)

We all went to watch Watchmen yesterday (Saturday)! Well, no, "all" didn't go, but Me, Magnar, Sofie and André were there! Lisa went too, but only to eat ice cream at a pizza place (guess which place).

So, the movie: It was really good! Kinda weird sometimes, but the combintion of matrix-ish fighting, awesome technical designs, and a little too much of the erotics stuff gives it a 10/10 rating in my book. Okay, maybe 9/10, as I probably need to see it twice to get all of it. Or three times... Hm, that might not be a bad thing after all, just increases the "movie experience".

So maybe it was a 10/10 after all.

Anyway, I have a proposition for you! The summer holidays are quickly approaching, and I've been told to get the hell out of the country for them. Well, that's because Mum wants me to "visit other countries while I'm young". Specifically Paris. Hence, I really need someone who can help me survive at least a few days up there. Preferably someone who manages more French than I do. (i.e. more than Bonjour). Which should be the whole lot of you, so you're all invited.

It doesn't necessarily have to be Paris, or even just Paris. Someone told me Belgium is a nice country. So is Spain, for that's sake.

We can even visit London (again, if we want to). Or both London and France. There definitely go buses through the channel tunnel, so that's a great (cheap) way to visit both places!

And I'm totally serious here, so leave comments!

  1. Eeee, make a plan and I am most probably in! :)

Well unless I am in Malaysia and go absolutely broke by the time I get home.

France sounds magnifuque. And I know one phrase in French.
    "Je parle Anglais" ;)

  3. Sounds fun :) I like the Paris-idea, never been there, always wanted to. I also have plans or half plans to go to (chronologically) Nevada, various Asian countries, Various Eastern European cointries, Florida, Louisiana, New Jersey, and who knows where else. So it may be hard to squeeze it in. But would love to freshen up my Fracaise, seeing as J'oublie tout le langue.
